  • How do custom orders work?

    You can send me some ideas for the kind of perfume you're looking for (ie a masculine cologne, a date night perfume, etc), the kind of notes you'd like (gourmand, floral, musk, etc), a character description, or a general concept of what you'd like. I can help you come up with some ideas or you can send me a list of fragrance notes you'd like. You can also send me a name or image for the bottle label.

    If you ever see the custom listing sold out please let me know! They're always available unless the store is in vacation mode.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    I try to have perfume orders ready to ship within 48 hours, and I currently ship packages twice a week. Since each bottle and label is made individually by hand, large orders will also take a little more time. If you need anything by a certain date please message me. I also cannot control how quickly overseas items arrive due to customs; please be prepared to wait up to a month for your package to arrive. If you have any questions or concerns you can message me anytime!

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! Please let me know if you need a certain value marked for your customs form. USPS prices are increasing for overseas orders, I apologize for any price increases but I'm unable to control the cost of postage.

  • Can I receive a package overnight?

    I can do rush orders but please let me know in advance. I'm disabled and can't always get to the post office within 24 hours. Also, while Priority shipping is around $8, Overnight is around $40. If you're willing to pay that much I can rush your order. Please keep in mind I'm just a one person business who's hand-making each bottle and label, and cannot offer the same shipping prices that sites like Amazon have.

  • Do you accept returns?

    No, I'm unable to accept returns due to sanitary issues with bath and body products. However, if you're unsatisfied with your order please let me know. I can offer you a discount, a partial refund, a free sample, or alter the fragrance you received if you'd like to ship it back. I'll also ship you a new perfume for free if there was a mix-up during packing.

  • How do freebies work?

    Sometimes I'll offer customers a free sample if there was an unforseen delay or issue with an order. However, please let me know what sample you'd like *before* I ship your new package so I can include it. I cannot ship multiple packages for free due to prices with the uncertainty of tariffs. Freebies are just an extra to show my appreciation to my customers and not an entitlement. Thank you for your understanding!
